About Dr. Robin (aka IYah)

Visionary and Founder

Dr. Robin D. Cooper, is motivated by her belief that the best way to predict the future is to create it and she is learning to BE and create in collaboration with Source. She is mother to three (3) and grandmother to three (3)... that's six (6) beautiful souls she lovingly refers to as The Crew--her spiritual partners--all teaching, learning and growing together.

IYah (Robin) is a holistic doula whose soul mission is to assist the soul family in (re)birthing and nurturing their highest self in order that they might live their soul mission. She is a published author, 200 hr Certified Yoga and Wellness Teacher (Breathe4Change), Certified Usui Reiki Master (The Wellness Galaxy), retired public school educator, administrator and college professor with thirty-five (35) years of service. Robin earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Miami University-Oxford, Ohio and is the founder of Just S'UNO, LLC (pronounced Just So You Know) and Just S'UNO YOUniversity (JSYOU).

Awakening the Master Teacher Within YOU

There is a master teacher inside each of us who holds the blueprint to the journey of our soul. My role is to assist you in remembering how to tap IN to that teacher for guidance, wisdom, knowing, power to BE who and how YOU are designed to BE. In the role of doula, I intend to provide you with tools so you can choose to use those that resonate with you. I will provide support as YOU sit in the director's chair of your life!

Individualized Programs & 1:1 Support ...It's a Dance

When we decide to work together, we will first discuss your vision for your life. Next, we begin to create a program specific to the manifestation of that vision. In our program development, we will address your life holistically--spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally. We will discuss the timeline for this process (6 months to a year is recommended but not mandatory) and begin "the work". You will decide which course offerings correspond with your intentions, how often we meet and which additional services will assist you in birthing your most authentic self. As you can see, the program is tailored and specific to your journey but we co-create it together...it's a dance!

Healing & Growing in Community to Create our Collective Reality

In her book, All About Love, bell hooks says, “Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” It is with that understanding that we have decided to offer JSYOU courses to 1:1 clients, as well as, families and community groups. The levels of elevation we reach as a collective expands each of us as individuals and vice-versa. We are reflections of one another, beautiful soul family, creating our collective reality. Let's be intentional!

This has been a whirlwind for me because I didn't know about any of this at all from the meditation down to the spiritual realm...none of that. All I know is I rolled over one morning and saw Robin running up and down the steps (FB Reel) and I decided I was going to contact her because I was getting ready for a knee surgery that I have since postponed. From there it's been a journey that took off real quick! We stared working together on February 13, 2024 and I am now in contact with my spirit team, being guided and cleansing in many ways and experiencing all kinds of revelations and transformation. I'm on this journey!
